Yes. Pop or Keep works everywhere in China, including Shuanglu and the rest of Chongqing. Sign up with your email, add two photos, and you can enter your first Lineup.

Tap Enter Lineup. You'll get six people near Shuanglu inside balloons. Pop down to three or four on looks, then down to two or three on dealbreakers. The survivors get 24 hours to stay in or pop themselves out, and the last balloon standing turns gold and opens a chat.

Yes. Your Lineup is built from people near where you are, so if you're visiting Shuanglu, you'll see people from Shuanglu and places like Longtanzi.
