Yes. Pop or Keep works everywhere in China, including Zhongmiao and the rest of Gansu. Sign up with your email, add two photos, and you can enter your first Lineup.

Tap Enter Lineup. You'll get six people near Zhongmiao inside balloons. Pop down to three or four on looks, then down to two or three on dealbreakers. The survivors get 24 hours to stay in or pop themselves out, and the last balloon standing turns gold and opens a chat.
